Recently we were getting a probably familiar error on a certain outlook client: “Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The Microsoft Exchange Server computer is not available. Either there are network problems or the Microsoft Exchange Server is down for maintenance.”
Which normally just means a loss of connectivity. Although the network connection was fine, and other people were able to connect to exchange without any problem, this user couldn’t.
